- Model
- First purchase only, recurring purchases only, or both.
- Percentage
- 2% to 3%, editable for each manager.
- Revenue base
- The same commissionable revenue used for creator commission.
- Effective date
- Setting changes apply from a set date, so commission already earned is never recalculated.
- Pause logic
- The 90-day pause does not apply to a first-purchase-only manager. Where recurring override is enabled, it stays available if the manager’s agreement requires it.
- Recurring override
- Accrues only while the manager relationship is active, unless a separate manager agreement says otherwise.
- Linking creators to managers
- Each manager has a unique application link that records them as the recruiter. Acquisition Source and Recruited By are stored on the creator profile, and the reviewer can confirm or correct both fields at approval.
- When a manager’s contract ends
- Elite Edge can end the contract if a manager brings no results within the 45-day trial. Override earned before the end date is still paid on the normal schedule, and stays subject to refunds, chargebacks, reserve adjustments and other valid reversals. No new override is earned after termination, as set out in that manager’s agreement.
- A manager who is also a creator
- A manager may hold their own creator account and code. The two roles stay separate: their own referred sales earn normal creator commission only, and a manager never receives an override on their own creator sales.
